Dental Sales Director - EMEA

Position Overview

An innovative leader in the dental industry is seeking an experienced Dental Sales Director - EMEA to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and building strong partnerships to expand the company's market presence in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to increase market share and revenue across the EMEA region.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, dental clinics, dental service organizations (DSOs), and key opinion leaders.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to fuel expansion within the dental industry.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to drive successful go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability goals for the EMEA region.
• Ensure full compliance with regional regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in sales leadership within the dental, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and leading direct sales teams across the EMEA market.
• Strong knowledge of dental products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region.
