For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sales Director Telecom EMEA, remotely from UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the business in the European telecom vertical. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to fulfillment, while identifying and closing new sales opportunities with telecom accounts. You will engage in consultative sales, advising prospects on tailored solutions and driving synergy between sales, marketing, and product teams. As a driven sales leader, you will aim to exceed quotas while building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Accountabilities
  1. Lead the full sales cycle, from initial qualification to final deal closure, for telecom industry accounts.
  2. Drive consultative sales engagements, understanding prospects’ business challenges and offering impactful solutions.
  3. Continuously identify, prospect, and close new sales within targeted telecom vertical accounts.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns, product recommendations, and customer needs.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  6. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while addressing their needs and maximizing sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in sales and business development within the telecom industry, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively.
  3. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, proactive attitude and a "can do" approach.
  5. Self-motivated, persistent, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on client needs and sales targets.
