As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an essential member of our Operations Team, responsible for handling and responding to all customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, webchat, and social media. You will take ownership of queries from start to finish, ensuring a first-class service experience while promoting self-serve features to enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage expectations and exceed KPIs will be critical in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer care.


Hours of Work:

Full-time position with flexibility required.


Customer Support Representative Requirements:
