About the Role

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Customer Support Superstar to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company, helping customers with a wide range of queries and issues.

Main Duties

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being a customer champion: You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions via phone and email with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Problem-solving extraordinaire: You’ll use your exceptional diagnostic and analytical skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and find creative solutions.
  • Order management guru: You’ll help customers place orders, track shipments, and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Appointment scheduling whiz: You’ll book appointments for customers, ensuring they get the service they need when they need it.
  • Process improvement enthusiast: You’ll identify opportunities to improve our customer support processes and make things even better for our customers.
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for helping others: You genuinely enjoy solving problems and making people happy.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can explain complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Tech-savviness: You’re comfortable using a variety of platforms and tools, including CRMs (especially Intercom) and Google Apps.
  • A self-starter attitude: You’re proactive and resourceful, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • A team player spirit: You’re collaborative and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • A degree from a top university or equivalent practical experience
