Are you a confident, outgoing individual with a desire to get into or develop your sales skills at a fast growing legal firm that offers exceptional training and progression?

This company was established in 2021 and since then has experienced exponential growth, now operating across 5 offices in the Gloucester area. With more than 60 employees, this company is a specialist conveyancing firm.

In this role, the suitable candidate will be primarily based in the Cheltenham office but be expected to travel to various others a couple of times a week. You will need to be comfortable on the phone as you will be calling new possible clients in order to introduce and grow the business nationally.

The Role:

Have weekly meetings on KPI's and work to exceed the targets
Work dynamically in a team to further grow the business
Make hot and cold phone calls to increase client base
Travel between offices on a weekly basis to maintain visibility
Attend and organise networking events

The Person:

Have a passion for sales
Full UK Driving License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
