Job title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 with commission
As a Business Development Executive, your primary goal is to convert leads and boost sales growth, focusing on both inbound and outbound call activity with new employer partners. Working closely with the Marketing Department to maximise sales from employer-focused marketing activity.
You’ll focus on engaging with potential clients over the phone, you'll adeptly cross-sell and promote our products and services to maximize lead conversion. A confident, proactive approach is crucial as you capture and capitalise on incoming enquiries and campaign leads. Through strategic collaboration with both the sales and marketing teams, you'll cultivate interest and secure new business opportunities with prospective employers.
