Job description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with Payroll to join our Client in a Well-Established Finance Team.


What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Calculating wages, recording work hours, handling staff expenses, tax calculations, and delivering pay slips. This may involve managing inquiries related to employee salaries and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  2. Recording financial data in general ledgers, producing balance sheets and income statements, and collecting transaction details.
  3. Processing invoices, supplier payments, and managing sales and purchase ledgers.
  4. Ensuring that the company's financial records align with bank statements to maintain accuracy.
  5. Managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience in payroll processing, accounting, or HR.
  2. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
  3. Knowledge of payroll regulations.
  4. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
