Their in-house transport division, self-storage site set-up consultancy and conversions business ensures we're able to assist customers across their entire journey, while limiting the economical and environmental impact on their business or vision.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Admin Assistant role are:

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records and documentation.


Credit Control:

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and manage overdue balances.
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve payment disputes and address queries.
  • Work with internal teams to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve credit control processes and minimise outstanding debts.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Admin Assistant role is someone with the following:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role with element of credit control responsibilities.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with accounting software or systems is a plus.
  • Attributes:
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
    • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
