About the Role

We are on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to support with administration duties from the hours of 10am – 2pm. This is a work from home opportunity.

Who are we?

We are one of the UK’s leading sports and dancing coaching organizations. With over 12 years of experience and an innovative approach to sports coaching, we have been able to sustain a motivated team delivering outstanding coaching sessions, working with over 35,000 children in over 150 schools per week.

Due to continued growth and success, we are now recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the team.

The position would suit an experienced administrator or an individual who is looking to extend their experience.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
  • IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programs including email, word processors, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize their workload effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
  • Able to work with a team, take direction from others, and collaborate effectively
