Introduction:
The global Danone HR Digitalization Center of Excellence team is recruiting an HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support, focused on designing and delivering enhancements in the Talent Management module of our SuccessFactors suite in alignment with the upgraded Talent Management ambition and process.
Context of the team:
The HR Digitalization Manager Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support will report into the HR Digitalization Stream Leader- SF sHaRe. Day-to-day activities will include interaction with internal stakeholders, e.g., Global Talent COE team, ITHR, zone/CBU HR & Talent teams, as well as other HR function colleagues.
This position provides a great opportunity to co-build the next era of technology supporting the Talent Management process for Danone. It offers learning regarding the Talent philosophy/ambition/process; exposure to be part of a creation journey of a global process & model; and the opportunity to work in a highly international team & interact with local Danone colleagues worldwide.
This position is based in our global HQ in Paris.
