Your role at Vantive :

As a Sales Rep for the HD Business you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Products within CCAA de Valencia, Madrid, Cataluña & Baleares with a specific focus on the Capital Sale of Medical Devices and Disposables. We are seeking someone that will deliver on sales and profit targets, as well as provide a high level of service and selling interactions to our Public and Private Healthcare customers.

What are your responsibilities?

• Provide clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
• Educate Healthcare professionals using the Challenger Sales Model to ensure take up of Company Products to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit.
• Navigate the Capital Sales Process within the Public and Private Hospitals, creating opportunities for growth in an environment with limited resources.
• Create, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy plus identify and act upon local opportunities.
• Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition.
• Individual and group selling skills, as well effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.
• Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales / market presence.
• Analyze sales data and market to inform activity and ensure a focused and results driven return on time.
• Forecast opportunities and pipeline into the forecast to inform manufacturing and supply forecast.
• Drive the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity and tender submission.
• Regularly interact with local and National team / peer group to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and sharing best practice.
• Maintain a creative mindset to thrive in a constantly changing external environment, adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
• Utilize CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.
• Work effectively with wider team (sales, clinical, IT) to ensure delivery of implementation (project management).

We are presently seeking people who have :

• Degree level qualification or relevant Clinical background.
• Successful Healthcare Capital Equipment Sales experience (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of tenders / deal structuring.
• A flair for working with people.
• The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
• Knowledge of hospital dynamics and decision path, capital funding mechanisms.
• Intermediate level of English and Fluency in Spanish.
• Resourceful IT user.
