We're Hiring: Marketing Administrator

Wheeler 1975 is a marketing agency working across strategy, design, and communication. We help businesses grow through creative thinking and marketing services.

We’re looking for someone smart, organised, and articulate to help manage our day-to-day operations and support how we communicate—with clients and with the world.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping our projects running smoothly. That means managing communications, organising workflow, and supporting the delivery of marketing content across channels.

This role combines client service, admin, and hands-on marketing support. You’ll help us stay structured behind the scenes while also supporting how we show up—on social media, in newsletters, and in client conversations.

You should be comfortable speaking with people, managing details, and appearing on camera—for example, in a short video or a behind-the-scenes story.

You will work directly with the agency directors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with clients
• Track jobs in progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Support admin tasks—scheduling, proposals, follow-ups, invoicing
• Help manage our content calendar, social media, and email campaigns
• Appear in video content for the agency
• Support new business with lead follow-up and proposal support
• Use internal tools (ClickUp, socialschedulers, Google Workspace) to stay organised

What You Bring

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Confident communicator, in person and online
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable with basic marketing workflows (social media posts, newsletters, etc.)
• Familiar with digital tools—or quick to learn
