Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst for our HP Large Format Finance WW team. The successful candidate will support two key areas in WW Spend management:
- LF Services, collaborating closely with finance and regional business analysts.
- LF GTM Opex, providing opportunities to interact with Markets leaders.
Providing insights into spending patterns and identifying opportunities for cost savings. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising management on spending optimization strategies. The analyst must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed reports on spending trends, variances, and areas for potential savings.
- Develop and update spending forecasts to help guide budget planning and allocation.
- Recommend strategies to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency within the organization.
- Ensure that all spending activities comply with company policies.
- Work closely with partners and stakeholders in finance and operations to gather necessary data and implement cost-saving measures.
- Create financial models to predict spending patterns and assess the impact of different cost-saving strategies.
- Compare company spending with industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize financial analysis software and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
