Main Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate talent to match company culture and job requirements.
• Identify and retain candidates in the process in a competitive market.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including the complete negotiation of the job offer with the stakeholders and presenting market and candidate relevant information to help directors in their decisions.
• Understand customer challenges to offer targeted recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigate and implement new sourcing & recruiting strategies to achieve the targets, always focusing on KPIs and how they meet the company’s goals.
• Investigate and stay updated on the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
• Previous experience in a consultancy recruitment agency is a must.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Goal-oriented and hungry for results.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with great attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
• A genuine interest in understanding people’s motivators and what opportunities are best suited to their skills.
• Exceptional customer service focus, high energy, articulate, and friendly personality.
• Driven by results. Passionate about continuously completing tasks with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure and deliver service excellence.
• Positive approach: can-do attitude, persistent, and team player.
• Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.
