Responsibilities:

Your role as a Junior Data Analyst will involve:

1. Data Analysis and Visualization for Delivery Team: Provide crucial support to the course delivery team by analyzing data and creating insightful visualizations. This will empower the team to make data-driven decisions and optimize the learning experience.
2. Course Engagement Focus: Work closely on improving online course engagement by conducting in-depth data analysis. Measure engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of team initiatives and strategies. Use these insights to implement and refine approaches that enhance student participation and satisfaction.
3. Support in Key Innovation Areas: Assist our specialized technical team in research and development efforts, including:
   
   1. AI-generated audio cases
   2. AI and no-code solutions for multimedia content creation
   3. Automatic content and data updates
   4. AI-driven educational content sustainability
   5. Immersive learning with VR/XR
   6. AI-powered simulation-based, game-based, and role-play learning
   7. Educational content recommendation tools
   8. Text-to-animated-video generation

Your role will be to support these innovative projects by providing data analysis, creating visualizations, and assisting with Python-based tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role you should have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
2. Proficiency in Python programming with a focus on data analysis and creating insightful visualizations
3. Demonstrable experience in working with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
7. Desirable: Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and Generative AI technologies
