Key Accountabilities :

• Basic accounting of invoices both from collaborators and suppliers, invoicing.
• ERP database maintenance.
• Filling in contractual documentation.
• General administrative support, including being the communication channel between the Operations and Corporate areas.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
