As a Solution Sales Manager focused on cross-selling to our existing customers, you'll deliver top-tier sales consultations, leveraging your expertise to boost customer growth by expanding their use of Personio applications.
Sales Experience: 3 years + in software or related services, with a proven track record in complex sales and closing deals.
Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and C-level teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination:Team player with the ability to work closely with internal teams such as growth management, product, legal, and marketing.
Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoy problem-solving.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong.
Language Proficiency: Business proficient in German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
