Location is flexible, within Alberta, dependent on the successful applicant.
However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of the recruitment and onboarding program and policies. This role will work with the business to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
Growth in this role will be creating a proactive approach to talent acquisition; to build strategies that support AFSC’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, attracting diverse talent with proactive solutions to reach underrepresented groups, minimize biases in the hiring process, and foster an inclusive work environment.

The role will work with business leaders to understand both current and future hiring needs and is responsible for tasks such as sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
You have a passion for your craft. You are a talented interviewer with proven networking experience. You are a clear and inspiring communicator with superb time management skills. You can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of recruitment software platforms as well as the variety of technologies that can enhance the talent sourcing process.
Equivalencies in education and experience will be considered.
