Our Integrated Services (IS) team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.

To be responsible for Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The professional must have availability to work offshore.
This position is based in Macaé/RJ.

As a Supervisor de Well Site Supervisor (Integrated Services) Offshore, you will be responsible for:

1. Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics;
2. Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation;
3. Developing long range forecast for region resource needs. Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts/region business commitments;
4. Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders and cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy;
5. Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how;
6. Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology from an accredited university or college;
2. Have relevant experience in Well construction;
3. Be able to communicate fluently in Portuguese;
4. Have intermediate English knowledge;
5. Have availability to work offshore.
