WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER-JANDIRA

MISSION

Coordinate the team to ensure a quick and effective service to the supply demands of the different productive sections and/or to the clients’ deliveries.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate the loading and unloading tasks, the preparation of merchandises, raw materials, intermediate and finished products in the plant warehouse.

• Maintain the continuous and frequent supply to the plant productive sections.

• Assure the correct physical distribution of the stored materials according to the procedures established.

• Validate the movements of materials.

• Carry out the warehouse inventory.

• According to the area of responsibility, assure that the reception process is made quickly and that the expeditions area fulfills the defined process reliably.

• Support the administrative responsibilities and inform internal FICOSA systems with the operations related to the warehouse: delivery notes, invoices, clients’ orders, etc.

• Guarantee that total amounts of materials (quantity) and documentation received are as agreed in each case.

• Identify areas for improvement in the area and participate in the continuous improvement activities of the area following the FMS lean model and the strategic guidelines.

• Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

• Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development, and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.

• Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.

• Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Academic background: Secondary or Vocational Training or Medium Degree.

• Languages: Basic in English (written & spoken).

• Experience: 2 years in a similar position.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

• Additional training: Warehouse administration, BPCS.
