Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and enhancing productivity. This role is essential for ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives while delegating administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  4. Document Preparation: Compose, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  5. Task Management: Maintain task lists and daily summaries to keep track of priorities and deadlines.
  6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality across all areas of work.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a virtual assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  3. Skills:
    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    2. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
    3. Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
    4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with U.S.-based executives or in a corporate environment.
  2. Comfortable working in the US Central Time Zone.
  3. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
