Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
Assist in research and data collection for various projects.
Coordinate virtual meetings and manage communication between team members.
Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Support the team in executing daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using various digital tools and platforms for remote work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
