Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs.
3. Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience.
4. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
