Role Mission
As the Head of SEO at Sortlist, your mission will be to spearhead our global organic growth initiatives by crafting and executing a high-impact SEO strategy that aligns with Sortlist's overarching business goals. This role requires a strategic leader who excels in driving organic visibility across multiple languages and regions while maintaining a balance between visionary thinking and hands-on technical expertise. As Head of SEO, you will lead a global team, integrating technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page optimization to maximize organic visibility across all target markets. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker, capable of navigating complex international SEO challenges, fostering collaboration across regions, and consistently delivering measurable results.
A proven track record of leading SEO efforts at a global level, preferably within a tech marketplace, digital platform, or an agency managing large, complex accounts.
Experience managing international SEO teams, delivering results, and collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
A balance of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, with the ability to adapt strategies to fit Sortlist's unique needs and market challenges.
