What you will do

1. Collaborate with teams to understand user needs, identify functionality gaps, and improve workflows;
2. Conduct targeted user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather actionable insights;
3. Create strategies for measuring user behavior and ensure usability and scalability across systems like Catalyst and Data Infrastructure.

Must haves

1. 3+ years of professional experience as a UX researcher;
2. Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and Dovetail for managing research data;
3. Experience conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests;
4. Ability to create journey maps and perform card-sorting exercises;
5. Knowledge of mixed-methods research and translating findings into actionable insights;
6. Experience with internal-facing products, enterprise tools, and marketplace environments;
7. Strong analytical skills with a focus on user behavior and trends;
8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams;
9. Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
