Job Description

Main Activities

1. Manage the field utilities team to ensure cold, water, energy, and steam supply while guaranteeing utilities availability in the area.
2. Ensure the integrity of assets (equipment and facilities) by maintaining their original performance, quality, and safety conditions.
3. Oversee and manage utilities and maintenance costs in the area.
4. Implement and ensure adherence to maintenance standards, corporate guidelines, and maintenance routines within the area of responsibility.
5. Train the team on utilities procedures and maintenance standards to ensure high performance and compliance.
6. Attract, develop, and retain talent in maintenance roles to build a strong and skilled team.
7. Monitor and manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Control tools, equipment, instruments, and devices used for maintenance activities.
9. Guarantee the implementation and adherence to safety, environment, and maintenance standards in the unit.
