Transportation Manager, Amazon Brazil Transportation

As a Transportation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Amazon's First Mile Operations and the Transportation teams. You'll manage a wide range of programs including:

1. Seller's pickups
2. Seller's Self Deliveries
3. Direct Fulfillment
4. Vendor Flex
5. Ship with Amazon

This role will serve as a critical liaison between Business, Seller Operations, and Transportation teams, reporting directly to the First Mile Sr. Leader. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive structural and design changes, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality, positioning Brazil as the World Wide Best Amazon benchmark for first-mile excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced English
• Basic SQL
• Experience leading logistics/transport projects in complex organizations
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques
