Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support the business objectives of the International Distributor Markets BU.
• Ensure the ongoing management of LATAM distributors, acting as the main point of contact between them and the global Trade Marketing team.
• Work alongside the Trade Marketing Manager to manage an integrated calendar for the International Distributor Markets BU, considering channel strategy and the Joint Business Plan for our key markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, DTC, commercial, and operations teams to ensure market execution is aligned with brand plans.
• Support the JBP process with markets by mapping out actions and executions per channel.
• Act as the main contact for Trade Marketing agencies and tactical material providers.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Knowledge of retail environments and trade marketing execution.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate Spanish.
