About the Position
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship within the tire development team but will not have any direct reports. This role is crucial for driving the resolution of technical issues, coaching project teams, and leading the review of project strategies. You will promote collaboration within Global Technology and other functions such as Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Marketing, ensuring the integration of the latest technologies into tire development projects.
Location: Americana Plant, São Paulo, Brazil
Hybrid: 3 days onsite/week
