What you will be doing:

1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs;
2. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements;
3. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews;
4. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager;
5. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork;
6. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process;
7. Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and employee-related internal processes.

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

1. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis;
2. Previous experience with recruitment and selection of technical and business positions;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
