Position: Field Service Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Provide end user support as an analyst or technician.
- Attend to requests or incidents in person, applying software corrections to workstations or evaluating hardware failures that require repair in the laboratory.
- Perform interventions without opening the machine.
And much better if you stand out for:
- Basic English proficiency.
- Experience with MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA.
- Experience in end-user support, including record, diagnose, and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, and related areas.
- Experience in performing corrective maintenance on ICT equipment.
- Ability to clarify doubts and guide users regarding software, applications, information systems, and equipment.
- Identify and report critical problems to the Level 2 Service Supervisor.
- Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation.
- Test functionalities of new equipment, components, or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals.
- Reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including backing up users' data.
- Execute activities of the asset management process in Customer locations.
Desirable Skills:
- Linux OS knowledge.
- Experience with Jira (ITSM), Confluence (KB), Cisco ISE, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of VPN Client Global Protection, Teamviewer HOST, SCCM, Endpoint Detection & Response EDR, and other security tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its applications.
- Cabling skills (climping, testing cables UTP/Fiberoptics MM and SM).
