We are looking for excited people who will start as Talent Researcher and who would like to pursue a career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be joining the HR team and helping to manage the first stage of the recruitment process. You will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, from looking for potentials to contacting impressive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Fresh graduate or internship experiences in a related field;
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Job Description:
  • Expanding pipelines for all positions in 3 different countries;
  • Coordinating the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost to hire;
  • Maintaining candidate databases via an applicant tracking system;
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
  • Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails to entice top candidates;
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements;
  • Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
  • Creating policies to support company business objectives.
