Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will successfully attract and recruit experience-level candidates along with leading any Early Careers hiring with a focus in the tech/front office/corporate space, managing an end-to-end recruitment process for all of LATAM. This individual will bring attention to detail, support, and professionalism to execute a world-class recruitment experience.
- Lead an end-to-end recruitment process, including selection, offer, and onboarding, with a focus on technology/front office/corporate.
- Deliver appropriate hiring contribution results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Build precise sourcing and recruitment strategies based off hiring manager and business needs.
- Conduct face-to-face and phone/video interviews as required.
- Understand and provide market data and trends to drive hiring strategy.
- Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the HR community.
- Contribute to building an employer brand and continually seeking ways to improve talent quality and experience.
- Provide a high level of candidate management by ensuring best practice selection and engagement methods from application through offer.
- Ensure D&I is continuously embedded throughout the recruitment process, attracting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Participate and attend career fairs and coding challenges.
- Ensuring data integrity of the organization’s ATS with data being captured in a consistent and auditable way.
- Positively contribute to and elevate team environment and development.
- Take part in, lead, and/or initiate continuous improvement efforts and projects.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and/or end-to-end recruitment, including a focus on technology, front office, and corporate roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applicant tracking databases (iCIMS preferred).
- Vendor management experience required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Must be fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices, a plus.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid (4x/week in-office and 1x/week remote)
