We are looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our Wilhelmsen Ships Service team.

In this role, you will ensure that customer orders are handled efficiently, support operational excellence by aligning communication between departments, and contribute to our commitment of delivering the right products, on time, every time.

The position will be located at Rio de Janeiro, which plays a key role in supporting our logistics and supply chain activities in Brazil. This location is easily accessible and supports several core operational areas of Wilhelmsen Ships Service.

Ideally, you have previous experience in supply chain or logistics, and are familiar with order management and inventory processes. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with different teams, and enjoys solving problems.

You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines while keeping a collaborative mindset.

1. Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar operations
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with corporate systems
3. Good command of English (written and spoken)
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and across departments
6. Attention to detail and data accuracy
7. Team-oriented mindset

1. Ensure continuous communication on product availability and delivery lead times with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting, and procurement departments
2. Follow up on quotes and orders with sub-status ‘Awaiting approval’
3. Process orders, including unavailable items and related POs
4. Handle shipments and issue invoices for closed orders
5. Provide Customer Service with delivery status updates (charges, delays, availability)
6. Share updated delivery details with the warehouse
7. Maintain accurate records and keep systems updated
8. Support other departments with stock and purchase orders
