This role is an individual contributor role based in our São Paulo corporate office and is for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed person.

In this way, Amazon Brazil Supply Chain & Integration Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on delivering results, to manage and execute the Brazil Network speed planning and management, working closely with Delivery Experience team, transportation and all the operations teams across the country, focused on FC channels.
The successful candidate will be able to create, develop, prioritize and drive solutions that result in promise-speed improvement actions, always focusing on customers' experience. This position is focused on short term activities, closely working in operations and daily actions.
Key job responsibilities
- Program or project management experience
- Working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English
- Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
