Supply Chain Senior Analyst - São Caetano do Sul/SP

Hybrid: This position requires you to be on site 3x a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in São Caetano do Sul.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for trouble suppliers management, analyzing global and local risks, and defining strategies to mitigate production losses by acting as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers.
• Responsible for deliveries according to business objectives of the Supply Chain team.
• Promote GM's values and make customer-focused decisions.
• Support relationship management with internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
• Identify problems, update or modify working methods.
• Take the initiative to remove obstacles and solve problems.
• Influence and negotiate new concepts, practices, and approaches applications.
• Prepare KPIs & Metrics Reports for Leadership’s tracking.
• Ensure the supply of parts according to project deadlines or plant's needs, minimizing excess or obsolete stocks.
• Manage very complex & stressful supply issues to resolution with the goal to eliminate/minimize plant disruptions.
