What your new challenge will look like

As a Supply Chain Network Engineer, you will be part of a team to drive the design of global supply chain networks, with particular emphasis on Europe and the US, and bring your expertise in data-driven insights to optimize cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.

• Collect and analyze large data sets on transportation flows, demand patterns, and warehouse capacities.
• Leverage tools such as Excel and Power BI (or comparable data analytics software) to generate actionable insights.
• Apply basic scripting skills (Python or R) for data wrangling and advanced analytics.
• Develop strategic network designs to balance costs and service requirements.
• Validate and refine model outputs through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Communicate technical findings and project statuses to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Graduation in Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
• Fluency in Excel and Power BI (or comparable data analytics tools).
• First experience in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Fluent English language skills.

• Enjoys working in teams, open to contributing to group problem-solving.
• Able to adapt to changing project needs and deliver consistent results.
• Capable of presenting technical results to peers and managers.

• Desirable:

• Background in transport logistics or other supply chain related areas.
• Exposure to optimization tools or methods (linear programming, heuristic modeling, etc.).
• Advanced communication skills.
• Work, internship, or project experience in data analytics, supply chain, or network modeling.
• Prior international exposure (study abroad, global team collaboration) is a plus.
