Job Description

As the Supply Chain Manager for our Brazil operations, you will be at the helm of orchestrating and steering our supply chain activities within one of our most vital markets—Brazil, which accounts for over half of our LATAM region's sales revenue. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary supply chain stakeholder, interfacing with both internal teams and the Ministry of Health to align demand and supply and ensure timely delivery strategies. Your expertise in international logistics and customer service processes will be instrumental in the movement of commercial products through the supply chain, including sales and cost analysis reporting, SOX and GDP compliance, and ERP system management. Collaborating closely with the Affiliate Leadership team and International Commercial & Planning teams, you will guarantee an uninterrupted supply, meeting on-time, in-full objectives. You will also spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing import, logistics and customer service processes, while also representing international logistics on large-scale global initiatives. Your leadership will ensure business continuity, and your ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity will support strategic decisions. Influencing, negotiating and creating alliances with various stakeholders will be key, as your role demands cross-functional alignment and commitment to timelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily supply chain operations for Brazil, including demand and supply planning, import coordination, order management, customer service, and local distribution.
  • Facilitate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) with local and global stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead process and systems improvement projects across multiple departments (import, distribution) to enhance capabilities and process efficiency.
  • Conduct project team meetings and specific topic meetings, ensuring project milestones are monitored and risks are communicated to management.
  • Be responsible for the coordination of ERP transactions in compliance with standard operating procedures and SOX guidelines, including financial month-end reconciliations.
  • Lead the relation with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and customs brokers, reviewing contracts to align with regulations and business needs.
  • Promote cost and system efficiency with logistics partners, optimizing quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance by collaborating with Quality Assurance and Global Trade Compliance, executing regional audits, and maintaining awareness of regulatory changes.
  • Adhere to global trade compliance policies, manage customs clearances, and maintain import transaction records in accordance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role.

Your ability to handle ambiguity and complexity is matched by your anticipatory nature and proactive stance in decision-making. You possess strong influencing and negotiation skills, vital for engaging with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers. You are someone who thrives in a role that requires cross-functional alignment and adherence to timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
