The DoorDash Technical Recruiting team supports the Engineering, Product Management, Design, & Analytics organizations, and is made up of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators who partner with our technical leaders to hire the best talent for DoorDash.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to support our growing Engineering team in Brazil. You'll partner with senior leaders across our technical teams at DoorDash to define the strategy and close top talent while also contributing to headcount planning and process changes.

6+ years of technical recruiting experience
In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
Self-motivated and intellectually curious
English proficiency required
