Sr. Tech Recruiter - PWD Exclusive

Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to support the technology, product and professional services demands of our Business Units in Brazil and South Latam.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Architecture, DevOps and Product positions.

About the Role

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX professionals.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand talent needs and define effective hiring strategies.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, and other sourcing tools.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach.

• Manage candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.

• Leverage recruitment analytics and data to track hiring metrics, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.

About you

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in fast-paced tech companies, startups, or high-growth organizations.

• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX Designers.

• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.

Bonus Points

• Experience hiring for global or large-scale tech teams.

• Experience with ATS systems (Workday)
