Sr. System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze, prioritize, and resolve system incidents.
2. Lead commercial system projects.
3. Prioritize demands between business and tech teams.
4. Refine and document requirements for new features.
5. Request requirement approvals from key users.
6. Develop and execute test scenarios.
7. Support user acceptance testing.
8. Lead the deployment process, including communication with stakeholders.
9. Manage the system interface list.
10. Request and discuss system integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience with web-based software.
2. Requirements gathering and analysis.
3. Development and execution of software test scenarios.
4. Knowledge of project management principles.
5. Experience with SQL, APIs, and FTP/SFTP protocols.
6. Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in the automotive industry.
2. Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
3. Experience with DevOps.
