Senior Spatial Designer Experiential

As a Spatial Designer, you’ll inspire multi-disciplinary teams to develop transformative, innovation-first experiences that are both physical and hybrid. Our spatial designers collaborate with culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional teams of designers, creatives, art directors, copywriters, strategists, motion designers, producers, and developers. Together, our teams deliver immersive and interactive world-class experiences to captivate and engage audiences.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Spatial Designer to join our team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture and experiential design, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Concept Development: Drive the development of innovative design concepts that align with project goals and KPIs.
• Architectural Design Leadership: Oversee the creation of detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in delivery and budget adherence.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, designers, and creatives to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Client Leadership: Build strong client relationships and provide strategic design direction.
• Innovation: Lead efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge innovations.
• Sustainability: Integrate sustainability into design concepts, creating environmentally responsible and innovative solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in spatial design, architecture, brand experience, scenography or a related discipline.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact architectural and experiential design projects.
• Expert proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, Blender, Rhino, Lumion or Corona render and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Visionary thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in crafting spaces with user-centric narratives and interactions.

Skills Plus:

• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools to enhance innovation and workflows.
• UX Design Understanding: Experience in crafting spaces with user-centric narratives and interactions.
• Lighting Design: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing lighting to elevate spatial experiences.
• Product Design: Ability to design custom furniture, products or fixtures that integrate seamlessly into experiential spaces.
• Fabrication knowledge: Hands-on experience with prototyping techniques and fabrication processes.
