Sr. SAP FICO Analyst

The Position

We invite you to join our client as a Sr. SAP FI/CO Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing SAP projects, specifically focusing on the Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) module. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our goal of becoming a regional leader in informatization.

Responsibilities:

• SAP FI/CO Project Support: Assist in the implementation of SAP FI/CO module projects, evaluating new requirements, optimizing functions, proposing system solutions, and ensuring timely project support.
• Business Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business users to address their inquiries and needs. Analyze and evaluate business department requirements, offering well-reasoned suggestions.
• Financial Operations Support: Assist the finance department in completing monthly and annual closings within the SAP system.
• Module Maintenance: Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP FI/CO module to ensure system reliability and performance.
• SAP Integration: Provide technical support for SAP system integration, with a focus on the FI/CO module.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP and non-SAP system knowledge and improvement technologies. Contribute to the creation of ERP system teaching materials and share knowledge through company-wide training initiatives.
• System Expansion: Support the construction of additional financial information systems in later stages.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Execute temporary assignments as directed by leadership.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field.
• SAP Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO module operation and maintenance. Experience with hands-on involvement in complete SAP project implementations is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and evaluate business department requirements, providing well-reasoned suggestions and effective solutions.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in assisting finance departments with monthly and annual closings within the SAP system.
• Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability to manage the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP FI/CO module, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with business users and address their inquiries and needs effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in intermediary or advanced English is a significant advantage.
• Availability: Willingness to work in-person at the São Paulo Head Office (near Shopping Morumbi) three times a week.
