We’re looking for a Sr Sales Exec – Instant ID Issuance - Hiring in Brazil or Mexico

We are looking for a driven, creative and strategic person to take our Entrust credential business to the next level. This person will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic growth plans with our resellers and distributors in Latin America countries. How you will make an impact:

  • Achieve annual revenue growth objectives through assigned key accounts
  • Strategize with partners to uncover incremental growth opportunities and generate additional demand
  • Work with partners to develop and execute annual business plans and review on a quarterly basis
  • Drive reseller contract renewals in accordance with established Global Partner Program guidelines.
  • Work closely with a dedicated inside account team to providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Leverage Learning Management System to enhance partner knowledge and maximize revenue growth.
  • Strategize with Instant Issuance Sales Director to determine geographic areas of potential growth where we may want to expand our partner network.
  • Work to develop and maintain project pipeline, and execute on project identified in the regional pipeline
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue update and follow up on current booked orders
  • Responsible for the creation of annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan and strategic imperatives
  • Leverage suite of channel tools to measure the effectiveness of key initiatives across assigned key accounts.
  • Provide intelligence on competitive channel programs and strategies
  • Extend network of Indirect Solution Providers in Mexico and target key ID resellers that are selling other brands in Mexico

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Management or Sales in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Experience in selling hardware, software and service products through channels.
  • Experience driving growth through channel partners.
  • Technical competence and ability to utilize various software and hardware platforms (Oracle, Business Intelligence and CRM).
  • Proficient with MS products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Bilingual, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time. National and Internationally
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for Brazil or Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to create brand mind share within a network of channel partners.
  • Demonstrated creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Goal oriented, persistent, skilled collaborator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within the access control systems space
  • Experience with complex solution sales (Hardware, Software, Service) with proven, consistent quota attainment
  • Portuguese skills communication, written and verbal
