To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Sr. Sales Engineer in Brazil with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of Stellar Cyber products and solutions.
  2. Understand and effectively present our security platform and solutions.
  3. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  4. Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  5. Diagnose and troubleshoot Stellar Cyber software and hardware and help our customers deploy the Starlight solution.
  6. Install network traffic sensors in various environments, including the physical network, virtual networks, public and private cloud, and servers.
  7. Maintain a very close working relationship with TAC support and Product Management.
  8. Respond to RFI's & RFP's.
  9. Provide weekly reports to management on the status of high priority cases and pre-sales activity.
  10. Travel 30-50% throughout all sales territories.
  11. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust; they will rely on you to provide timely and accurate technical sales support.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services.
  2. 5+ years of technical/pre-sales support experience as a sales or systems engineer.
  3. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English required.
  4. Must ideally reside in the Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro greater area.
  5. Strong understanding of the following technologies: TCP/IP, Networking, Routing, Switching, LAN.
  6. Extensive Cyber Security experience including Network Security, Firewall, IDS, Sandbox, and Security detections.
  7. Experience with Linux, Windows administration, SIEM technology, and Virtualization is a big plus.
  8. Experience with Public/Private cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud application installations and management.
  9. Education requirements: Degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
