Sr. Product Manager - Seller Profitability, LATAM Seller Experience

Amazon is seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing seller profitability and programs that support this objective. You will own the roadmap of products that will raise the bar for seller experience for seller profitability, lead the product working backwards process for key initiatives, and analyze the financial impact of decisions.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Own the product roadmap to add value to existing seller profitability programs, reducing churn and maximizing adherence.
2. Lead the working backwards process for large initiatives, thinking big on how other programs may contribute to seller profitability and success.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, Payments, Legal, 3P Business) to ensure smooth implementation.
4. Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
4. Experience with end to end product delivery.
5. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
6. Experience as a product manager or owner.
7. Experience owning technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
