We are hiring a Sr. Product Manager to help us accelerate our efforts in launching a new business line which will disrupt the way we operate in terms of supply chain, customer experience, cost to serve, as well as provide a differentiated customer offering. After launch, this person will continue to drive improvements across business inputs, customer and seller experience, supply chain and cost to serve.


As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the e-commerce or digital products space. Your exceptional product management skills, including roadmap development, agile delivery, project management, and go-to-market planning, will ensure the timely and successful launch of innovative products in the CX, supply chain and cost to serve area. Once launched, we will continue to build features and improvements across all business inputs, including supply chain, CX and cost to serve.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Define and launch BR-specific requirements, ensuring local compliance and market-specific features across seller and customer experience.
  2. Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan, defining clear success criteria, and establishing launch metrics to measure the performance of the newly launched products.
  3. Define the selection entitlement and corresponding Sellers and ASINs cohort from the USA pool universe.
  4. Continuously support the selection localization effort, and proactively resolve issues/blockers to maximize selection parity.
  5. Create KPI dashboard to then Audit and influence the seller experience end-to-end in coordination with international teams, covering sellers registration, FC in-bounding, fulfillment, returns, pricing, promotions.
  6. Build a compliance reporting setup and risk management mechanisms for existing and upcoming BR regulations.
  7. Define and Bar raise the Seller Experience requirements, providing BR-specific requirements in regards to selection, pricing, listing, and fees, collaborating and influencing multiple central teams.
  8. Collaborate with multiple Tech organizations to prioritize feature development and CX improvements.
  9. Monitor and analyze program metrics, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement of customer and seller experience.
  10. Define tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of new features, traffic plan and proactively implement improvement measures to reach the program goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  4. Experience with end to end product delivery.
  5. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  6. Experience as a product manager or owner.
  7. Experience owning technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
