Position: Industrial Engineer for Dental Floss & Toothbrush

Responsible for the financial health of operations and manufacturing mid & long-term operational strategy (Plant dimensioning, capacity utilization, expenses tracking and continuous improvement groups), manage the Industrial Engineering.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead on the ground financial controls generating financial previsibility and minimizing variances.
2. Build Manufacturing Operational strategies regarding Labor / Machine capabilities / Expenses.
3. Manage cost reduction activities (Material Losses / Variable and Fixed Conversion Costs).
4. Mid & Long Term Capacity Utilization analysis.
5. Develop the next generation of talents early in their careers.
6. Key supporter on manufacturing Data Integrity.
7. Manage Industrial Engineering activities.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Comply with all policies and standards.
10. Lead Inventory Activities.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any field.
2. Manufacturing Operations experience (i.e., Industrial Engineering / Shopfloor Supervision / Production Processes, etc.).
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Teamwork orientation with excellent interpersonal and team skills.
5. Intermediate English.
6. Knowledge in green belt or black belt (Desirable).
