Position: Industrial Engineer for Dental Floss & Toothbrush

Responsible for the financial health of operations and Manufacturing Mid & Long-term operational strategy (Plant dimensioning capacity utilization, expenses tracking and continuous improvement groups) manage the Industrial Engineering.

What you will do:

• Lead on the ground financial controls generating financial previsibility and minimizing variances.
• Build Manufacturing Operational strategies regarding Labor / Machine capabilities / Expenses.
• Manage cost reduction activities (Material Losses / Variable and Fixed Conversion Costs).
• Mid & Long Term Capacity Utilization analysis.
• Develop the next generation of talents early in their careers.
• Key supporter on manufacturing Data Integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Lead Inventory Activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Teamwork orientation with excellent interpersonal and team skills.
• Knowledge in green belt or black belt (Desirable).
