About the Role

Work Model: on-site

Major accountabilities:

1. Engage with Medical Experts to educate on medical/scientific information;
2. Develop and execute Medical Experts engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically align with country strategy;
3. Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific educational support to potential and actual study sites in collaboration with clinical operations;
4. Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon investigator request;
5. Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis;
6. Educational degree in any biomedical area (such as pharmacy, medicine, nursing, biology, etc.);
7. To live in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and be available to travel;
8. Advanced English, both written and spoken;
9. Must have previous experience in similar job roles as MSL;
10. Nice to have experience in similar job roles in the immunology market (dermatology or rheumatology);
11. Excellent understanding of medical/clinical research;
12. Good communication and relationship with Medical Experts.
